Turn photos or scans into PDFs. Combine them into one document, or make a separate file for each — drop in ten receipts and you probably want ten files.
Choose: one document (one image per page), or one file per image.
Download. "One per image" arrives as a zip when there is more than one.
This one needs an upload, and is deleted afterwards
Browsers cannot do this calculation, so the file goes to our server. It is deleted automatically 60 minutes after the job finishes, and the working copy lives in a memory filesystem that is wiped whenever the server restarts.
We do not log file names and do not log file contents — that is a hard rule in our engineering standards, not a setting.
What it does — and what it doesn't
Output names are sequential; your file names are not reused. The system does not record file names, and copying them into the output would contradict that.
Page size follows each image's proportions — nothing is stretched to A4. Resize them beforehand if you need a uniform size.
PNG, JPEG, WebP, TIFF, BMP and other common formats. EPS and PS are deliberately excluded; the reason is on the licences page.
Photos of paper come out much better if you run Remove scan grey afterwards.
Common questions
Ten receipts, ten PDFs — how?
Choose "one file per image". You get a zip with ten files in it.
Can I set the order?
It follows the order you dropped them in.
Are the images recompressed?
Only as far as fitting the page requires; quality is not deliberately reduced. For a smaller file, run Compress PDF afterwards.
