Choose the format (PNG / JPEG / WebP / TIFF) and the resolution.
Download. Multiple pages arrive as a zip.
This one needs an upload, and is deleted afterwards
Browsers cannot do this calculation, so the file goes to our server. It is deleted automatically 60 minutes after the job finishes, and the working copy lives in a memory filesystem that is wiped whenever the server restarts.
We do not log file names and do not log file contents — that is a hard rule in our engineering standards, not a setting.
What it does — and what it doesn't
Up to 600 DPI. 150 is plenty for a screen; go higher only for print — an A4 page at 600 DPI is several megabytes on its own.
PNG suits pages with text (crisp edges); JPEG is smaller but fuzzes letter edges; WebP does both well but very old software will not open it.
Turning a page into an image removes the text layer — no searching, no copying. Sometimes that is exactly the point, but it is one-way.
Only PNG and WebP support transparency.
Common questions
What DPI should I use for printing?
300 DPI is the usual standard, and plenty for text.
Can I convert only certain pages?
Split them off first, or use Extract selected pages.
How is this different from PDF to TIFF?
This makes one file per page. For the whole document in a single multi-page TIFF — for archives or fax systems — use PDF to multi-page TIFF.
