Position it with the 3×3 grid or exact coordinates, set opacity and rotation, and download.
This one needs an upload, and is deleted afterwards
Browsers cannot do this calculation, so the file goes to our server. It is deleted automatically 60 minutes after the job finishes, and the working copy lives in a memory filesystem that is wiped whenever the server restarts.
We do not log file names and do not log file contents — that is a hard rule in our engineering standards, not a setting.
What it does — and what it doesn't
Transparent PNGs keep their transparency. This matters — stamping with an opaque image leaves a white block on the document.
The image is drawn into the page content and cannot be removed afterwards. Keep the original.
Applied to the whole document, it lands in the same position on every page. Different positions mean separate passes.
This only places a picture. It has no bearing on a document's legal standing — a picture of a seal is not the act of sealing.
Common questions
My seal has a white box around it.
That image has no transparency. Save it as a transparent PNG and upload again.
Can it go on every page?
Yes — apply to the whole document.
How is it different from Signature stamp?
Signature stamp lets you draw on screen and always returns the "this is not a digital signature" note. Use this one for logos and mark images.
